Fruity collaboration between Wellingtonians Aquaboogie and Jet Jaguar. They first performed in Tokyo in 2007 - bringing Country Calendar mash-ups and Patea Maori Dubs to the baffled locals - and followed it up by an EP on the Monotonik net label, featuring their infamous jungle rinse-out of the Flake ad.

After a year-long stint of monthly psychedelic and ambient DJ nights Malty Media decided to jump from playing in a cafe to playing on the radio. They now present their Active radio show 9-11 on the last Tuesday of every month. Expect a mix-up of old soundtrack music with local ads, live dubs of vocal samples and spacey edits of the kind of music you would've heard on 2ZB as a kid. Well, depending how old you are...
