Sick Cycle

Sick Cycle, or Michael West and Levon Maeder, are engineers of mechanical, bass orientated noise. Hailing from Antichristchurch, New Zealand, Sick Cycle are dedicated to the aggressive and metallic side of music, and are the brutal face of New Zealands sinister dubstep side.

Their tracks on Rottun and Section 8 Recordings pay testiment to the sheer force behind their sound - releasing music alongside industry heavyweights like Excision and Current Value. Their latest EP "Smoke & Mirrors" on Section 8 Recordings, was the number one download on digital-tunes.net for two weeks consistently, and across all genres - not just dubstep.

The future for Sick Cycle starts with their record label, Sick Cycle Records. The label is an outlet for the most destructive, dark, and evil dubstep around, and is releasing music as MP3 downloads. In addition, each year Sick Cycle Records releases an exclusive CD of the years tunes, available only in New Zealand. Look out for the first wave of tunes coming out in December 2010!
