Pot's is fresh back from an excursion to London where he spent time making contacts, swapping tracks, and cutting dubs of some of the biggest and freshest tracks on the circuit. While he was there he played gigs alongside Digital and Salmonella Dub.
Look out for the new Bulletproof ep due on Cyanide Recordings in September BULLETPROOF - 12" ARMOUR E.P. which features 4 original Bulletproof tracks and a bonus collaboration between Bulletproof, Concord Dawn and Cause4concern which has been getting heavy play from some of the A-List UK DJ's.
Also look out for Bulletproof "Trapdoor" b/w Kemal "Let It Move You" coming on Industry Recordings and "Paradigm" and "Capture" on Bad Companies Square One Recordings Square One EP 3, both of which have been getting play from Andy C, Grooverider, Bad Company and Universal Project to name a few.
Future releases include "12 Gauge" on Renegade Hardware, "Lithium" on Square One Recordings and also a track on Ram off shoot Frequency.
Joining Pot's on this excursion to the Capital will be one of the original Don's of the New Zealand Drum and Bass scene, 48sonic, making his long awaited return to the Capital dance floors. Sonic is and has always been one of Auckland's leading DnB DJ's. Since the early 90's when he bought the breakbeat sound to crowds of ravers, on to his residencies at such prestigious nights as The Breaks.
Wellington headz will recognize him from his earth shaking sets at the last 3 Dark Forces and also a couple of appearances at early BF events. Expect a taste of all flavors as 48Sonic blends the full spectrum of drum and bass.
