First of the Phat 07 Taster Series

The first instalment of The Phat 07 Taster Series is coming to Club Sandwiches, Wellington! The long awaited visit from drumnbass bad boys Black Sun Empire accompanied by Teebee & Concord Dawn will be smashin' down the doors on Thursday the 13th of July. This is a chance to spread the phat massive philosophy, and warm up for the Phat 07 New Year's event. This series will give everyone a taste of things to come...

Black Sun Empire is a DJ/producer collective based in Utrecht, The Netherlands that has been together since 1993. It will be the first time they have graced our New Zealand shores with a dj performance. They are heavily influenced by releases from the darker labels such as No U Turn, Prototype and Virus and are now up to working on their 3rd album together.

Little introduction is required for DJ/producer Teebee who is coming back to storm our shores once again. He's gotten raves from all the major players in Drum and Bass, including Grooverider, Fabio, Andy C, Ed Rush and Optical and Bad Company. Coming with tunes that range from the down right dirty, to uplifting and melodic, you can always guarantee TEEBEE will bring amazing depth and passion behind the decks.
Joining them will be New Zealand's drumnbass legends Concorn Dawn who have made New Zealand proud and have had massive acclaim for their unique sound world wide.

Local support will be from Ddog (Bassfrontiers), The Facecutters and Organikismness.
