dBridge & Instra:mental are taking the Autonomic sound on the road to celebrate the launch of their fabriclive mix CD in February 2010. The CD will be the 100th release for the record label run by global clubbing brand Fabric and continues their well established reputation for quality and originality.
With Autonomic showcases throughout the year at clubs & festivals from Croatia to Japan, dBridge & Instra:mental have been whipping up crowds into a frenzy with an exclusive and eclectic live selection that stands apart from the rest.
Their own unique take on beats and basslines has been a welcome breath of fresh air for drum & bass fans worldwide, as featured in the hugely successful Autonomic podcast series throughout the year. With each of the carefully crafted Layers revealing foundations in techno, soul and experimental electronica, they've been reaching out to lovers of good music across the board and have earned a solid fanbase plus over 50,000 downloads for the latest podcast.
dBridge is no stranger to NZ audiences having toured here for the last 10 years, originally as a member of hugely influential DnB supergroup 'Bad Company' and more recently as a highly respected solo artist. His DJ sets in New Zealand have been noted as the most innovative, exciting sets of the year for DnB fans every time he makes it to New Zealand.
Instra:Mental are first time visitors, and it is rare for there to be this big a buzz for any artists before their arrival on our shores these days. Instra:Mental have literally taken the DnB scene by the throat, slowed it down, stripped it back, and made completely essential soulful electronic music. We are sure this will be the first of many visits to come as they debut across New Zealand representing Club Autonomic.
