The depths of Drum and Bass pressure

NOISE ENTHUSIAST proudly presents DESCENDs 1st Birthday celebration; featuring the artist whose reputation for the sickest Drum and Bass destruction is unmistakable: LIMEWAX [NL - TECH FREAK | TECH ITCH | FREAK | OBSCENE | PENETRATION]

Noise Enthusiast '
Descend Promo Mix on Psurkit.net

On tour to support his highly anticipated forthcoming LP release - Scars On The Horizon [Tech Freak Recordings], this is set to be one night of unprecedented, total Drum and Bass mayhem in Wellington.

Limewax (otherwise known as Max Anokin), born in Russia, currently based in Holland, has made a significant impression in 2006 with his unique brand of sadistic aural punishment. At 19 years of age, his efforts as a producer have been recognised by some of the scenes most respected artists and labels such as Tech Freak, Tech Itch, Freak, Obscene, Penetration, Sinuous & Prspct.

Limewax will step up to the Wellington Drum and Bass massive brandishing an arsenal of his original works and dubs from artists such as Tech Itch, Dylan, B Key, Evol Intent, SPL, Audio, Raiden, The Panacea, Prode & newcomer to the ranks of Tech Freaks - Current Value. The dance floor will experience the straight up hardest Drum and Bass sound courtesy of "one of the most exciting artists to emerge from Europe this year".

His tunes reach new levels of innovative production, incorporating metal, punk and hardcore influences. Notable dance floor killers include Cracking Core [Tech Itch Records], The Lawra [Freak Recordings], Untitled 666 [Freak Recordings], Master Of The Dark [Obscene Recordings], his huge remix of Tech Itch's Life Of Sin [Penetration] & the highly anticipated single featuring Dylan; Cleansed By A Nightmare [forthcoming Bastard Child]. The Scars On The Horizon LP [Tech Freak Recordings] marks the beginning of the next dark chapter in his sickness.

Sinister, dark rolling drum patterns, intricate detail and unadulterated, raw power are all characteristics of an artist who's styles have been compared to "the dark sci fi landscapes of Technical Itch, the driving dark funk force of Dylan". His set will represent the sounds of Drum and Bass known to loyal followers of the UK's Therapy Sessions - a regular event showcasing a selection of the heaviest producers in Drum and Bass in the scene today.

Joining the DESCEND line-up for its fourth venture to the depths of Drum and Bass pressure is NANOTEK [EMPATHY | FUTURE SICKNESS | INTRANSIGENT DIGITAL] whose outstanding skills as a producer of the darkest Drum and Bass styles are irrefutable. His supporting set at DESCEND feat. TECH ITCH [UK] in June 2006 was a true display of what this dark heart is capable of. Having recently joined the ranks of Belgium's FUTURE SICKNESS RECORDS and Germany's INTRANSIGENT DIGITAL, NANOTEK's unique, sinister Drum and Bass sound should not be missed.

Representing the local soldiers will be NOISE ENTHUSIAST's SNAX & UKNW lined up alongside TRIGGER, carrying with them a full range of up front and classic dark Drum and Bass styles.

Hold tight Wellington as we Descend to the depths of Drum and Bass pressure once again.
