The Depths of Drum and Bass Pressure
Descend drops once again for its third venture into the depths of Drum and Bass pressure. Noise Enthusiast is very proud to announce their guest for this unique Drum and Bass experience, none other than the undisputed ambassador of the filthiest tech Drum and Bass - TECHNICAL ITCH [UK - Tech Itch Recordings | Penetration | Tech Freak | Moving Shadow].
Those who know will immediately recognise that this man is a legend in his own right, one of the scene's pioneers. Alongside long-time collaborator and co-founder of Tech Freak Recordings , Dylan - Tech Itch presents the UK's Therapy Sessions - a regular event showcasing a selection of the heaviest producers in Drum and Bass. His sets are always highly anticipated and rarely matched for dancefloor devastation ability.
His career began in 1991, Birmingham UK, and collaborations with Darren Beale (aka Decoder of Kosheen fame), followed closely. Having tasted blood, Mark Caro aka Technical Itch realised the need for a fresh, definitive label and so became Technical Itch Recordings. Ensuing exposure resulted in the Technical Itch name being signed to the prestigious Moving Shadow, one of the scene's most widely respected brands, and the label was renamed Tech Itch Recordings.
With over 47 tech Drum and Bass anthems to his name including collaborations with the likes of Kemal, Dom & Roland, Trace and remixes of Kosheen, Kryptic Minds & Leon Switch and Dieselboy - the Technical Itch sound is un-paralleled.
In 2001 Mark launched Penetration, a sister label to Tech Itch Recordings. At this point Tech Itch's standing in the drum and bass community is without question. His trademark style is at the forefront of dark, militant, tech Drum and Bass. Even the most enduring, experienced soldiers' primal instincts come to the fore in front of the speaker boxes.
Local support will be thrown down by up-coming Wellington producer Nanotek - leading Wellingtons dark soldiers into combat; Trigger, a staunch representative of the dark Drum and Bass sound. And Noise Enthusiast residents Snax and UKNW. There will be no shortage of sickening devastating dancefloor Drum and Bass.
