A primetime party with a truly contemporary take on "house music", this brand new clubnite takes a fresh look at the dancefloor, where the secret lives of djs & punters aren't always what they seem.

The Pilot episode features the story of Stacey Pullen, a second generation DJ from Detroit, USA. He started young under the influence of Kraftwerk, Derrick May, Juan Atkins, Jeff "The Wizard" Mills, Chicago and Italian house music. Desperate for a break into production, Pullen was lucky enough to be taken under Derek May's wing and taught the art of studio mixing. Stacey developed this art and soon started releasing his own work, first under the Bango guise, then Kosmik Messenger and Silent Phase. His complex, often tribal-sounding fusion of house & garage into a steadfast techno framework has proven influential and lead him on a career that has ranked him as one of the top house & techno djs in the world.

A DJ so desperate to find that right crowd, he has traveled halfway round the world so that Wellington can once again know what it's like have that magic on the dancefloor on a school night.
