DJ TEEBEE makes his much anticipated return to New Zealand
Presented by Bassdrop & The Formula Party Pill....
On the back of one of the standout Albums of 2005, DJ TEEBEE makes his much anticipated return to New Zealand for 'The Legacy Tour'.
Little introduction is required for DJ/producer Teebee who is coming back to storm our shores once again. He's gotten raves from all the major players in Drum and Bass, including Grooverider, Fabio, Andy C, Ed Rush and Optical and Bad Company.
He's had releases on numerous labels, including Prototype, Metalheadz, Moving Shadow, and of course on his very own Subtitles label.
Coming with tunes that range from the down right dirty, to uplifting and melodic, you can always guarantee TEEBEE will bring amazing depth and passion behind the decks like no other DJ. Whether he's dancing about and pumping his fists or is concentrating deeply in the mix, TEEBEE is constantly transmitting an intense energy to the crowd.
Alongside TEEBEE will be two of the Drum and Bass scenes new blood finds, but in no way, are they to be looked upon as amateurs.
Stateside producer and DJ, MAYHEM, brings his solid production skills to the party, with twisted technical riffs and intricate breaks as staple ingredients to his tunes. With tunes about to hit labels such as Human Imprint and TEEBEE's own Subtitles, they will add to an already impressive catalogue of releases.
Aotearoa's latest Drum and Bass sensational duo, THE UPBEATS, will also come hard with a style so familiar to Wellington Drum and Bass heads. With releases just dropping on BC Presents, Subtronix, Renegade Hardware and more forthcoming on Moving Shadow and Cyanide, these two bring radness to the Nth degree.
If TEEBEE's last visit to Wellington in 2003 is anything to go by, combined with the huge calibre of international support, this event promises to be a show that no one can miss!!
