One of the founding members of the True Playaz label / crew alongside DJ HYPE and PASCAL, it is with great pleasure that we welcome DJ ZINC back to NZ shores for his second Subtronix tour.

Those lucky enough to have witnessed any of the mans stunning sets across NZ in 1997 will attest to the strength of this artist behind the decks and the diversity of the music he covers in his selection.

'Casino Royale', the latest Drum and Bass tune by DJ ZINC is currently an anthem across the world with every DJ fortunate enough to have attained a copy, and this is an apt precursor for the forthcoming True Playaz compilation 'Playaz 4 Real' which will feature new and exclusive tunes from the entire True Playaz artist roster.

DJ Zinc is also riding a wave of popularity amongst the 2 Step / Nu Skool Breaks scene with his productions under his own name and 'Jammin' on his newly formed label 'Bingo Beats'.

His tune '138 Trak' turned the UK Garage scene upside down last year, and it's influence in the current crop of music coming from that scene is unmistakeable. But DJ ZINC is a Drum and Bass DJ, and a highly talented, globally demanded one at that.

Expect to hear the very latest music from all sub-genres of Drum and Bass selected and mixed immacualtely from this veteran DnB turntablist. Once again, we provide New Zealand with a true musical innovator at one of the creative peaks of his career. Spoiled aren't you?
