ERUPT Lake Taupo Festival 2010 is set to rumble for 11 action packed days this May.
Staged against a palette of blazing autumn colour and the epic volcanic central plateau, the 8th biennial festival is packed with quality national and international entertainment.
Feel the force of music from the likes of People In Your Neighbourhood ft Urban Soul Orchestra (UK), Wine & Music Tasting with Jo Burzynska, The Mamaku Project, Whirimako Black, Karen Hunter and much more.
Theatre shows include SALON and Mark Twain & Me in Maoriland, dance features Tama Ma and writers at ERUPT feature Michael Otterman (US) Charlie Dark (Attica Blues) and Nicky Pellegrino while comedy headliners include Te Radar in Eating the Dog and Wilson Dixon in Saddle Sore. Free visual arts shows Underland Domain by Shona McCullagh and Michael Hodgson, Magpie - New adventures in jewellery, Knitterati and Artery Heart By-pass by James Voller run throughout the festival.
