Gary Francis aka MC GQ's history is without a doubt the most exciting of any MC operating in the Drum n Bass landscape. This man was there when the jungle scene first started, sealing his fame as resident at the legendary AWOL nights in London. One of the very few DnB lyricists that managed the cross over from Jungle to Drum N Bass, and still get constant work, GQ has been staple at club nights as diverse as Metalheadz, True Playaz, One Nation, World Dance, Prototype, and well basically any well known night you can care to name. His voice is considered the voice of Drum N Bass and he has won more MCing accolades than any other mc in the scene. In 2000, GQ moved into a new role as label manager, and his 'Emcee' group of labels has been extremely successful.
