Agent Alvin

After his remix of the popular Clav Dub for Rhombus and playing his fruity Drum 'n' Bass and Downbeat round the North and South Island, Agent Alvin has just finished mastering his Debut album as yet untitled which is to be released on Kog Transmission's drum and bass Sub Label "Low Profile" in January, The Label is the home of New Zealand Drum 'n' Bass masters such as Concord Dawn and Shapeshifter.

Heralding from Nelson and with a lackadaisical approach to storytelling, a little libel goes a long way. Exquisitely coy vocals and enough beautiful beats to move the most sceptical toe-tapper. Minuit have been building their breakbeat backlog ready for an album length romp in the aural hay; and with front person Ruth Carr, and the two boys on samplers, Ryan and Paul, it's a sweet show to see.
