Hailing from Queenstown, REBEL BASS is a long-time bringer of Reggae and Dancehall music throughout N.Z. - spreading a mix of Foundation, early Digital, modern Roots and Bashment to the massive in a soundsystem style. Riddim and beat maker with serious dubplates and nuff pressure, Rebel Bass last selected in the Capital in November 2006 with the Jafa Mafia Crew - he now returns to heat up the dance-floor once more!

Also a selector from the South, STICKY FINGAZ has been a crucial part of the Christchurch Reggae, Hip-Hop and Drum n Bass scenes, combining his knowledge of bass heavy music with his turntablism skills to cut and mix it up. Founder of the DollaMix HipHop show 98.5RDU, teacher of turntablism and promoter extraordinaire, Sticky Fingaz now resides in Welly where he continues to spread phat beats to the Capital.

And also on the night, Newtown's own ART OFFICIAL - Reggae, HipHop and Dancehall legend on the streets - from NiceUp & Yardwise Family - this selector needs no introduction! The man behind Newtown Sound and the Ghetto Red Hot series, you can catch Art on the Radio Active 89FM Roots and Culture Show and the Wednesday Night Jam, and at all the local hot-spots laying down the goodness!
