Rumble in the Jungle, was started by Redline Promotions back in 2002 as a means to give some qualification to Wellington Drum and Bass DJs that wanted to break into the club scene. So often within the DJ community, bedroom DJs who aspire to play sets in the clubs have no way of getting spotted, either by the public or promoters, without the proper connections.
Rumble in the Jungle is New Zealands only Drum and Bass mixing competition, and this year, thanks to Jansen and Allen & Heath, there is a massive first prize of an Allen & Heath Xone32 DJ Mixer and the chance to support Teebee when he plays in Wellington on July 15th.
So come down and support the DJs as they lay down their skills for your pleasure and their gain!
