'Inside the Dub Plates' is easily Salmonella Dub's best album to date. Hooking up with their old engineer David Wernham (now working with Shihad) and producer/ studio boffin Paddy Free, along with a more expansive attitude to the recording process has certainly paid off, giving the band a deeper, funkier and more propulsive sound, while allowing some natural musical diversification to occur.
