Unique sounds for people with an ear discerning

Signature Sounds began 12 months ago and its aim was to bring those DJs with a sound very unique only to them together with a dance floor full of people with an ear discerning enough to hear it. With Signature Sounds turning one year old this December at Ink Bar in Auckland it was mission accomplished.

Over the last 12 months Signature Sounds has showcased New Zealand's finest DJing talent all with one thing in common: that the tunes they play are anything but common! From Bevan Keys to Greg Churchill, Philippa to Timmy Schumacher, Rob Salmon to Ben Wah,

Signature Sounds is a night where the nation's forward thinking DJs can play the style of dance music that separates each of them from the other , the kind of music that each DJ has become renowned for.

Dj's that have represented Signature Sounds are: Dick Johson, Greg Churchill, Phillipa, BEvan Keys, Rob Salmon, Timmy Schumacher, Pauol Dean and Ben Wah.

The response to this expression of musical individualism has been overwhelming, the Signature Sounds nights have been attended in record numbers with the partygoers and DJs relishing the distinct soundtracks on offer as much as each other. That success has spilled over with Signature Sounds nights being held in New Plymouth and Dunedin (,and now Christchurch), greeted with equal amounts of enthusiasm.
