☆ Couch (Beef Records)☆
A dj/promoter who has been involved in the local scene for nearly ten years and well known for his ability to string together technical and intricate mixes. Strongly influenced by Jazz music and its different sub genre’s, especially music from the ‘Swing Time’ era, Couch’s sets focus on the more fun side of things and always have a a strong rhythmic "groove" or drive.

☆ Amy Jean ☆
Amy jeans relationship with sound is one that is deeply rooted in diverse stylistic trajectories and influences. Raised on a soundtrack of Satie to Fela Kuti, it's no surprise her passion for discovering music new and old is both honest but well informed. Having trained early on as a pianist and vocalist as well as tinkering with a handful of other instruments, she didn’t need much introduction when she began mixing. 2008 was the year of hot pursuit and at the age of 21 Amy relocated to Berlin where she immersed herself in the world of electronic music.

She returned to New Zealand in 2010 to embark on an interdisciplinary study in music technology, where she has since been honing her skills as a DJ/Producer, interactive installation artist, with a side of creative computer programming. Between studies you may spot her handpicking the rarest, deepest cuts in Chicago, NY, London or Berlin, or celebrating her musical discoveries and explorations in a city near you.

Dilby and Vernon came together to create Mi Casa Su Casa through a shared love of deep underground music and a passion and drive to deliver a night that embodies this to the people of Wellington. Both are established DJ's in their own right and have joined forces to help to "strengthen and consolidate the Wellington house scene". The result of that desire to create more of a "community" feel to Wellington's house music scene is Mi Casa Su Casa; a reliable, consistent and inclusive monthly night that delivers quality house music to the capital and features ALL of the city's best DJ's on a rotating roster.
