Good Friday sees Detroit's ultimate party dj return for S-ence's 10th birthday

This Good Friday, S-ence celebrates 10 years of presenting some of the world's best djs with the return of Detroit legend Stacey Pullen (Black Flag Recordings - Detroit, USA).

Influenced by the godfathers of techno, Saunderson, Atkins and May, Stacey Pullen is the pioneer of the fusion of Chicago house and Detroit techno. His expert deck skills, exotic music collection and good looks place him at the top of many of the world's best dj lists.

Having grown up in Detroit during the 80s and spinning at local venues and underground parties, Stacey returned to music after two years studying and soon released his first track under the Bango guise. It was this and future releases that set his career and reputation as a class act. As a producer and remixer he has worked on projects for many top labels including Transmat, R&S, Virgin, KMS and K7. As a dj, he plays along side the elite in his field.

S-ence is pleased to have secured a 4 hour set at his only NZ appearance to celebrate our birthday. Those at The Sentinel and Slipstream are witness to the epic sets of Stacey Pullen, don't miss out on one of the parties of the year.
