This summer, celebrate Auckland Anniversary Weekend like you’re meant to and head to Tuborg Summer Sunday. Just up the road from Auckland in Matakana and boasting the choicest lineup this side of Bombay, the festival combines the cream of the crop in music and nature that Aotearoa has to offer.

Expertly curated, the festival will give you an opportunity to check out acts who have been tipped as the next wave of Kiwi uber talent as well as the chance to hear new and unreleased materiel from Kora, Fly My Pretties and Tahuna Breaks – all who are set to release highly anticipated albums. The festival will also be your only chance outside of the Fly My Pretties 2011 tour to see their new show complete with their 16-piece cast and flash visual backdrop!

A bus service will be running before and after the festival between central Auckland and the festival. There are two buses to choose from: a direct route to the festival or a coastal route which will stop off along the Matakana Coast for a beach cleanup run by Sustainable Coastlines. The incentive: every sack of trash collected, will get you free beer tokens!
