Christchurch Drum n Bass Crew, Urban Notion, featuring DJ's Switch, Gamble and Rufio, join up with local talent, Theupbeats, Kurupt and Subsonik to bring you a night of fresh sounds and solid tunes.

Urban Notion is the new face of Christchurch Drum n Bass. Focussing on the soulful and musical side of the sound, DJ's Switch, Rufio and Gamble have spent the summer ripping up the dancefloor in a series of packed out nights at their home ground, the Stradabar.

In association with New Zealands premier Drum n Bass website: Bassdrop.co.nz, the Urban Notion tour aims to showcase the Urban Notion sound: deep soulful grooves mixed with dark vocal melodies, Latin dancefloor beats combined with intelligent Jungle soundscapes, all added together to create the perfect soundtrack for your weekend.

Watch out for new tracks from Christchurch's Dionysus Productions as well as Wellington regulars Kurupt, Subsonik, and Theupbeats. To top this off, the first 50 people through the door will receive a free CD of original New Zealand Drum n Bass.
