An eclectic mix of live music, djs, visuals and performance in the unique and funky venue of the National Tattoo Museum.
Back again for a second year, keeping the tribal vibe alive, the Winter Solstice '06 crew will weave their sonic sorcery through the night blending downbeat, Dub, Breaks, Hip Hop, D&B, Psytrance, Progressive house, Electro, Funk and more.
At midnight be sure not to miss the atmosphere-charging ritual Taiko drumming performance from Taikosa. Get ready to dance to the ancient rhythms.
VJs Yetimon and Gene will add an organic blend of visuals in a comfy chill out zone while you relax and sip on a warm chai surrounded by the Museum's spectacular tattoo art.
Outdoors you will find the Full Moon Drummers tribal zone with drum circle and fire performers. Bring a drum or fire toys, join in the celebrations and reconnect with these ancient festivals of Matariki and Winter Solstice.
