The Kaikoura Roots Festival ticket this year is a vinyl 12" as well as a CD/program/map...

The vinyl will be a four track 12"

with exclusive re-mixes of...

The tracks on the vinyl are exclusive mixes only available in the Roots Festival ticket format. By producing the ticket in a vinyl format we hope to encourage the real music lovers and turntable owners who are tuned to the quality of full range analogue sound.

We can't expect you to bring vinyl to the festival so the ticket portion of the package will be in the form of a CD with the full range of artists performing at the Festival listed in the order of appearance enabling punters to prep and pace themselves. The limited run of 1200 Vinyl/CD tickets will be first offered to our data base of last years ticket buyers. The remainder will then go on sale at selected Record Stores.
