Well I just returned from a massive trip around The States, and just to get your envy juices flowing -- I checked out everything from the Empire State Building, The Grand Canyon and Alcatraz to New York and Chicago clubs/raves and even the famous Satelite Records.

Even heard some amazing female MCing over DrumNBass in San Francisco, something which I'd love to see done locally! (hint hint) So yeah, I'm buzzing and raving and just can't plain be shut up and pissing off my friends blabbing how much I loved the trip and then I sit down to an oh-so-exciting lecture and I wonder why the hell I didn't just stay there (New York in particular)... Knowing me, I'll prolly scan some USA photos and shove them on the net the night before my next essay is due or something ;)
Anyway, back into the nocturnal flow of things, it seems this month has a lot in store, especially for the younger folk (about damn time!) and after doing a snappy flyer-pickup and spewing out a few emails and phone calls, I got my hands on that list you've all been waiting for :) Quite likely I've missed some stuff but hey, that's life, if there's a substantial number of parties left out, I'll send out an update - for as you might know, obscure.co.nz is currently is having its guts rearranged for a major facelift and is currently unable to boast much news :(
Ok *ruthless plug warning* come see me and a bunch of friends at Zeal on Saturday 13th as part of the Wellington High Radio Station ("Livewire") Launch. Plus you'll get to hear some great new vinyl of mine which hasn't hit these shores yet .... some nice tribal stuff in there :) Presales only $7.50 from LOAD Cafe and Flipside or $10 on the door.
