Rumble In The Jungle 2005

Rumble in the Jungle, was started by Redline Promotions back in 2002 as a means
to give some qualification to Wellington Drum and Bass DJs that wanted to break
into the club scene. So often within the DJ community, bedroom DJs who aspire to
play sets in the clubs have no way of getting spotted, either by the public or
promoters, without the proper connections.

Rumble in the Jungle is your chance to stand up and get noticed. Last year saw
Opiuo take leading honours, with Trei coming a close second. This win propelled
both Opiuo and Trei into the upper echelon of the Wellington Drum and Bass
Scene, with them both now hosting radio shows, and playing out regularly in
clubs and supporting international DJs.

With Rumble in the Jungle is in its 4th year, and with 3 very successful events
and 3 very successful winners, the time has come to find a new champion - Will
it be you?

How it works:

You enter by either sending in your mix on CD, or uploading it to this website.
Then the judges will assess the mixes, and the field will be narrowed down to
14 entrants who will compete at the event in a series of 2 round robins and a
final.
