Aim: to bring Nelson the best of local, national and international acts.
Phat Club is Nelson's only current dance club, started 7 weeks ago by Dave & Selena (ex Artery)
We're in the heart of Nelson's entertainment strip, 137 Bridge St, & offer a PHAT 5 kw bass heavy in house PA & yummie cocktails, tongue & groove dance floor & cosy atmosphere which is already being raved about by club visitors from around the country & planet!
We offer a sophisticated but bent interactive intimate surround with a total capacity of 100 or so over the 4 rooms which encompass dance floor, bar & 2 lounge areas
Over the summer, we plan to extend to an outdoor second zone for those long Nelson summer nites, & which will allow live acts to join the phat fun recent and coming visitors to Phat include P Money, Greg Churchill, Flux, Dannyboy, Flex, Salmonella Soundsytem, Concord Dawn, Pitch Black, Missbehavin Miss DJ & hopefully Mrs Wood!
We try to satisfy the Nelson craving for at least one Drum & Bass & one House nite per weekend, with other styles including hip hop, dub, prog, & hardcore/ house/ trance welcome also to contact PHAT
