The members of Pig Out(Marie Celeste - Synth Programming, Fraser Austin - Bass and Kit Lawrence - Voice, Guitar & Percussion) have been playing and recording in various acts for the best part of a decade.
Pig Out formed in late February of 2006 and the members shared love of House, Rave, Funk and Electronica. RDU recently compared the band to a fusion of Jeff Mills and Happy Mondays. Which is probably not far off, bearing in mind Kit's north west upbringing, Socio-Political lyrics and MC style but also worth noting is Marie's extensive knowledge of experimental electronica and Fraser's ability to ad-lib Bass in any situation.
