Sensibot began as a joke between two friends, FFR (force field research formally known as Field audio) and Atomik. Fueled by their love for obscure and unusual beats and basslines, the two set out to start a record label to release their own orginal material.
Both influenced by very different genres, FFR continues to produce dancehall riddems while atomik is moving more towards broken beat hip hop and jungle.
After a string of shows around auckland city (khuja lounge, odeon lounge, 76 bar, foci bar, Blend, Rising sun) our live show has really come together, at any show you would hear FFR throw down some cut up dancehall riddems, while atomik will start on hip hop and by the end of the set be playing ragga-jungle.

'sensibot is still currently a record label that hasn't actually put out any records yet, we're not so big on the idea of CD and want to do it proper style, 7" 10" or 12". As we continue to build support and cash then the stronger the label becomes'
The auckland leftfield music scene is somewhat fleeting and to concerned with concept and not musicality at times, this is something we set out to dismiss, cause this is music for partying to, we ain't chin strokers, we is ganja smokers!
Listen to fleet fm saturday nights 10 till late for a taste of what sensibot has to offer, always a laugh and always a few good tunes.
